I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was so convenient, being close to the BUAP campus. I loved the restaurant here, the food was delicious. The service was top-notch, especially the room service and housekeeping. The amenities provided in the room, such as the ironing facilities and tea/coffee facilities, were great. The terrace was a nice touch and the in-room safe gave me peace of mind. The flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic way to unwind.
